The insulating sheet D581 and D581A are products that integrate laminated mica with silicone adhesive. They are characterized by very low emissions of smoke, odor, gas, and blistering at high temperatures. Due to their excellent processability, we are able to customize them into shapes requested by users, and they are widely used as various heat-resistant insulating components. Additionally, they have obtained UL94 V-0 certification, as well as UL Thermal Index 746B (D581: electrical properties 750°C, mechanical properties 450°C; D581A: electrical properties 760°C, mechanical properties 600°C).
